What types of payment do you accept?We accept cash payments, cheque payments, and bank transfers. Unfortunately, we don't have options for credit card payments.

What are your payment terms?We offer convenient payment terms for our services: Web Design - Payment is expected in full after design approval and before the website launch. SEO Services - We accept instalment payments as the project progresses. Packaging Design - Payment is expected in full after artwork approval and before handing over the final artwork. Print-Related Works - Full payment is required in advance.

Do you provide refunds?We only accept payments after the design and artwork have been approved, so refunds are not applicable. For print-related work, if the job is canceled before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
